Delivery format
Memory Room is delivered electronically through a private password-protected web link. No physical goods are shipped and no courier delivery applies.
Expected delivery time
After successful payment verification and completion of required processing, the permanent gift link is normally published immediately or within a few minutes. Large media files, network interruptions, payment verification or temporary service issues may delay publication.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide a valid email address, retain the gift link securely and share the correct password with the intended recipient. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect customer details or blocked email.
If delivery is delayed
Contact automationwithhet@gmail.com with the payment reference and gift ID. We will investigate and either complete delivery, correct the issue or assess refund eligibility under the Refund Policy.
